Wenhong Jin

A registered professional geologist in Canada and Professor-level Senior Geologist, qualified to sign NI 43-101 technical reports. Mr. Jin has served as an executive and CEO of the Group and is a recognized expert for NI 43-101 research on geological exploration, project evaluation, and cross-border deals. With a track record spanning Asia, Africa, Latin America, and North America, he is highly experienced in the technical review and economic assessment of large-scale metal deposits.

Kairan Liu

PhD in Economic Geology and a registered professional geologist in Canada, currently serving as VP of Exploration at Walcott Resources Ltd. He has extensive experience in supervising exploration and corporate growth strategies. He specializes in GIS integration, 3D modelling, resource estimation, and multidisciplinary data fusion.

Yiling Hu

PhD in Structural Geology, specializing in metallogenic and ore-controlling structural analysis using integrated remote sensing, geology, geophysics, and geochemistry. He has led or participated in major Cu-Au exploration projects across the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, Xinjiang and Central Asia, delivering results in challenging geological settings. His expertise in orogenic mapping and mineral resources assessments demonstrates his ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and foster effective cross-cultural collaboration.

Zhongfeng Wang

Master of Mining Engineering and expert in mineral processing and metallurgy, with nearly 20 years of frontline experience in production, operations, and technical management. His key roles in several large international mining companies including China Nonferrous Metal Industry Co., Ltd. (CNMC), France’s ERAMET, CNEA Americas Industrial Co., Ltd., and US-based Resources, demonstrate his comprehensive competence in the construction, operation, and management of large-scale mining and metallurgical applications. He possesses strong technical proficiency in the beneficiation and smelting of copper and gold ore.

Asa Chen

Financial expert with a B.S. in Managerial Economics from the University of California, Davis. He has over 10 years of experience in mining finance, private equity, and cross-border M&A. He has structured investment transactions in the U.S., Australia, and China, and has expertise in equipment trade coordination and financial risk analysis.

Xiaolong Wei

PhD in Geophysics, currently a postdoctoral researcher at the Mineral Deposit Research Unit (MDRU), University of British Columbia. His research focuses on AI-assisted 3D geological inversion, uncertainty modeling, Bayesian inference, and Measure of Information (MoI) analysis. Dr. Wei is a recognized expert in geoscientific data integration, and has received multiple awards from the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG).

Xiangguo Wang

Expert in geological engineering and drilling technology, holding multiple national certifications including First-Class Constructor, Registered Safety Engineer, and Registered Supervision Engineer. He has led numerous domestic and overseas drilling and water well projects—including government aid programs in Africa—and is skilled in multi-method air drilling and the logistical management of equipment, staff, and supply chains.

Fang Wan

M.Sc. and a registered professional geologist in Canada, with over 18 years of experience in polymetallic exploration and geological management. He has served in major Chinese and international mining operations, including Zijin Mining and is familiar with NI 43-101 and JORC Standards. Mr. Wan has participated in grassroots and exploration projects across North America, Africa, and South America.

Zuoming Zhou

Senior Geological Engineer with a dual background in geology and engineering management. With more than 30 years of experience in drilling and project execution, Mr. Zhou has a strong track record in managing turnkey water well and infrastructure drilling projects particularly in Africa. He plays a critical role in frontline operation and technical coordination for complex engineering projects.

Jia Wenliang

With 20 years of experience in the drilling industry, Mr. Jia has completed over 600,000 meters of drilling. He has worked on surface and underground drilling projects in China, Angola, D.R. Congo, Colombia, Tanzania, Sudan, and Australia, for major international mining companies. He is well-versed in drilling technology, crew management, and regulatory environments, and is a highly trusted operator in the South American and African markets.

Tao Wang

Holds a Master’s degree in Geology with 20 years of experience in frontline and international mining exploration. He previously served as Director of the Science and Education Office at the Zhejiang Institute of Non-Ferrous Geological Exploration and as Chief Engineer at the Zhejiang Huadi Geotechnical Investment and Construction Co., Ltd. He was awarded the National Outstanding Talent Award in Geological Exploration (2020) and first place in Zhejiang’s Geology and Mineral Resources survey.

Khalid Qasem

Executive Managing Director for Saudi Operations, holds a B.S. in Global Supply Chain Management and has also studied at Webster University. With a proven track record in operations management and business development, he has successfully led projects across the Middle East, Europe, China, and Africa, showcasing his extensive international experience and multicultural background. Khalid is committed to building strong partnerships, driving operations efficiency, and delivering sustainable value in the mining and drilling industry.

Driven by a passion for commercial excellence and sustainable growth, Filmon Gebremeskel brings over a decade of leadership in the drilling sector. Starting as a Project Manager overseeing complex mineral and water drilling initiatives, he quickly rose through the ranks to become Commercial Manager, where he led high-value client negotiations and cultivated long-term key partnerships. As an Operations Manager, Filmon shapes the company’s strategic direction—integrating commercial insight with operational oversight to deliver results, optimize performance, and position the business for long-term success.
